The D3 Purpose Marketing Senior Manager will join the D3 internal creative agency team and be responsible for the implementation and output of all agency workstreams involving our client multi-cultural driving and equity advancing initiatives (REJ and PEP positive PEOPLE). Collaborating with brands, department, sector, and enterprise stakeholders to design and execute Racial Equality Journey supportive brand Multi-cultural and equity marketing initiatives. This role will play a critical role identify cultural truths and opportunities for Frito-Lay US brands to be authentically engaged across relevant lifestyle platforms throughout the year within brand AOPs, partnerships, and sponsored events.
The D3 Purpose Marketing Senior Manager will have the opportunity to support progressive, creative marketing strategies that catalyze internal and external cultural protagonists inspiring change and innovating to ensure we are and inspiring audiences by raising the bar on equity and championing diversity.


Accountabilities


  • Support work to build and maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders and external culture and equity catalysts
  • Support REJ/MC marketing initiatives, collaborating with brand/media/corporate teams to ensure success and supporting culture acceleration efforts with department and cross-functional partners
  • Support ongoing ideation, activation, optimization, and communication of 3-5 disruptive and agile creative events in culture per year. With empathy-first mindset – partnering with D3 account/creative teams and client stakeholders to drive timely execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to synergize and strengthen FLUS equity and culture council, supporting implementation of the refined Equity & Culture ecosystem, with focus on solidifying replicable process, AOP calendar integration, and an established ongoing process for leadership priorities.
  • Work with Chief of Staff to ensuring timely delivery of Equity & Culture updates to MLT, CMO and department via existing communicaton channels



Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 7+ years experience in an agency or brand marketing role / or 5-7 years marketing experience
  • Outstanding English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills
  • Management Experience- there will be at least 1 direct report
  • Multicultural marketing experience

  • Creative out-of-the-box thinker who can bring proactive solutions to identifying, developing and executing breakthrough brand cause/impact Multicultural campaigns.
  • Adept research skills and familiarity with multiple project management software and database resources used to advance end-to-end programming and collaboration
  • Results orientated; proven track record of strong tactical execution and communicating across multiple staekholders.
  • Ability to develop an informed point of view and influence stakeholders within the organization
  • Saavy communicator comfortable engaging with senior leaders – able to adapt approach to achieve win-win results for brands and partners.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – willing to roll up your sleeves and creatively stretch resources, along with being a creator themselves.
