Davila Multicultural Insights (DMI) a multicultural marketing and strategic firm based in Encino, CA, seeks a Multicultural Strategy/Marketing Manager with a minimum of 7-10 years’ experience to:


  • Provide insights and strategy to corporate clients served
  • Assess clients’ General Market campaigns and provide perspective on how to embed an inclusive and culturally relevant approach, including in-language deliverables and campaigns
  • Serve as Account Manager for deliverables and timing
  • Create/deliver power point presentations for meetings and/or pitches
  • Recommend MC comprehensive marketing campaigns including multi-platform media touch points including radio, television, print, web, social media, community relations, direct response, events and promotions
  • Recommend influencers and celebrities for brand ambassadorship


  • Conduct extensive primary and secondary research on market and industry findings and make recommendations to clients on actionable steps, measurements, goals and potential partnerships in order to increase visibility and branding within the multicultural space
  • Conduct data analysis to develop short and long-term strategic plans for clients


  • Strong leadership skills
  • Complete understanding of marketing and experience with MC Marketing
  • Strong communications, research and analytical skills
  • Strong digital/social media skills
  • Strong writing skills
  • Strong work ethic, good problem solver and ability to work independently
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills including: Microsoft Office,


  • Knowledge of multicultural markets
  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Communications, Marketing, Business Development, Strategic Planning, or comparable field
